3 Simple Steps To Experience A Spontanous Astral Projection
Spontaneous Astral Projections are the easiest to produce and can be experienced by anyone following these simple steps.
- Set your alarm to wake up 1-2 hours earlier than you would normally.
- Get up, do nothing stressful, just walk around or sit up for 10-20 minutes.
- Return to bed and go back to sleep in the normal way, with the thought of Astral Projection on your mind.
Before long, maybe even on the first attempt, you will have a spontaneous Astral Projection.
Here is an example of an experience I had spontaneously after following the above steps:
I started seeing images with my eyes shut, later I managed to get a CLEAR view with my eyes shut. I could feel my eyes shut and this was an absolute certainty, yet I could see the room and my arm. I wasn’t even lying in my back, I was on my side. I felt my non physical arms and was able to move them separately to my real arms. All the time I could see my real arm, which was the strangest experience I’ve ever had. This lasted ages and gave me plenty of time to experiment, I tried looking at my hand (non-physical) but I couldn’t see anything, which is odd as before I’ve seen my hands melt. I then tried to push myself out of my body with my non physical hands, but for some reason I was stuck. After lots of pushing to no avail, I then tried to think of myself floating above, but every time I looked, I was still looking at my physical arm from the same place. I was totally concious and aware in every way, more than I’ve ever been before, it was like I was awake. It truly was amazing. It definitely WASN’T a dream, well certainly not a dream in the normal sense of the word. When I did open my physical eyes, and I was also in full control of when I did this, I remembered everything and wrote stuff down.
On another occasion I separated completely and found myself in the Astral Plane.
I wish you the very best of luck.

Here’s another amazing experience. I thought I fell out of my bed, but I didn’t hurt myself at all. I then realised I was out of my body. I could see everything as clear as day, fully concious in every way. I looked at my hands and they melted away. I actually managed this time to move towards my flat door, into the hall way. I was about to leave my flat and for some reason I lost it and ended up back inside my body. I then closed my eyes, and straight away I was seeing with my eyes shut, unfortunately this time, despite tugging and pulling, I couldn’t move which got frustrating. I returned back to my body again and kept projecting every time I closed my eyes on around 10 occasions, but still couldn’t move. I was once beside my bed, looking up at the quilt cover, but for some reason still couldn’t move. I even tried imagining myself elsewhere and floating away, but on this occasion none of this worked.
