Paranormal Activity In My Own Flat in Birmingham UK
On 2 different nights and on 2 nights only I've heard lots of knocks and bangs in the own flat that appeared to move around within my flat. On asking for 2 knocks to confirm it was there, I got 2 knocks time and time again. I asked very quietly so I can definitely rule out neighbours playing tricks, plus I know the difference between knocks next door and knocks right beside me. When I kept trying to go to sleep, I kept getting a loud knock on/by my bed, as if it didn't want me to sleep.
It may sound bizarre, but on the 1st night when I stripped off to get into bed, I heard a reaction, like a jeer, right in my ear. It sounded exactly like the noise I heard in my ear when I did a paranormal investigation previously and my college caught EVP, plus the knocks and bangs are the same.
I can't rule out 100% natural knocks/bangs and can't say it's definately a spirit, but it certainly seems paranormal as it's only ever happened on 2 nights since I moved into my flat last November 07. I've invited what-ever it is to come back, but it's not happening tonight and I suspect it won't happen again for weeks. I can call out as much as I like on other nights and nothing ever happens, yet on these 2 nights it was quite blatant. If this happens again I'll record using a Dictaphone and you never know, I may just get EVP?

Sadly, I have now moved flats and there’s no evidence of paranormal activity in my new flat. I’m pleased with what I’ve experienced before moving and will publish the EVP evidence found in the future. I will then link to the EVP from this page, so watch the space below.

I thought there was no paranormal activity in my new flat, but I have heard a few loud knocks lately, only when I’m attempting to Astral Project (leave my own body). Very interesting.

We are now continuing to get suspected paranormal activity in my new flat quite regularly. I suspect this is because I’m going out on paranormal investigations with Birmingham Investigators of the Unknown (BirminghamIU) and I’m not trying to stop spirits from coming home with me. I don’t mind spirits visiting and BirminghamIU enjoy helping them if they require assistance.

Lot’s of activity reported since and I’ve caught real EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) on various occasions. Currently investigating further with the help of a friend who is an amateur psychic. He is picking up more than one entity. Found out that my flat block was built on the site of the original Davenport Brewery in Birmingham. I intend to include these EVP recordings on this site in future and will link to them from this page.
