Can Salvia Divinorum Induce Astral Projection?

21 May, 2008 (02:55) | Uncategorized | By: admin

(Salvia Divorum Leaf and Salvia Divinorum 20x Extract)

For hundreds of years people have apparently been using the leaves of a plant called Salvia to induce Astral Projection and/or spiritual growth. It's being marketed and sold today for this purpose or it's just sold as legal high. Most people smoke the product.

Salvia is legal in most countries at the time of writing and is sold in varying strengths as an extract. Salvia Divinorum Extract can 6x, 10x or even 20x the strength of the original leaf or even higher. I've seen videos of people under the influence of Salvia, some appear to be frightened in a similar way to having a "bad trip", others just appear totally out of it. I don't recommend you take this substance without a sitter who isn't under the influence unless you're very experienced and know exactly what to expect. If you must use, then use with extreme caution and respect. Don't use unless you've got a clear head and are in a good mood as more likely to have a bad experience. If in doubt, don't touch it, there's other more natural ways to experience Astral Projection.

If your conciousness really is transported to the Astral Plane after smoking Salvia, then it's understandable that it could be very frightening, especially if the person doesn't know what to expect. Salvia could be potentially sending people into the Astral who aren't ready for it and can't handle the experience. Also if you haven't got a clear mind in the Astral, you can create your own demons and not see the Astral as it really is, in a similar way to a dream or even a nightmare. When you induce Astral Projection using meditation techniques, you automatically have to have a clear mind to start with, with Salvia, this often isn't the case. Also if you enter the Astral during meditation, it's easy to return to your body, with Salvia, this may not be so easy controlled, although you will definately return eventually. It's also worrying that while experiencing Salvia and allegedly the Astral, people are often still moving about physically. I can't explain this as it doesn't seem to fit in with normal Astral Projection and it could be potentially dangerous, E.g. you could have a physical accident. This is one good reason why having a sitter is highly recommended for your own safety and piece of mind.

Okay, back to the question, can Salvia Divororum induce Astral Projection? Well, see my journal below which details my controlled experiments and first hand results.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 1ST TIME USERS:
If you're still considering using Salvia, please read this great user guide first at http://www.sagewisdom.org/usersguide.html, it's very helpful and unbiased.

For even more information about Salvia and how it can allegedly induce Astral Projection, please take a look at http://www.salviadragon.com, but bare in mind that they're are trying to sell you Salvia and are going to be very one sided. If you're in any doubt about trying Salvia, then my advice is to avoid it.

Journal  – A 1st Hand Study Into The Effects Of Salvia When Smoked

30th May 2008 – Preparation and Contemplation

1 Gram of Salvia Divinorum 20x extract arrives in the post. Now I've got actually it, I fear using it, worrying about the unknown. What will it be like? Will it be enjoyable or unpleasant? Will it be frightening? Will I be able to control and handle the experience? Will I really Astral Project? The fear stops me using it immediately, but I'm so intrigued and excited that it's impossible for me to leave it for long. Yes I will try it, but I need to take every precaution possible first, I know this drug deserves the greatest of respect and must first arrange a suitable sitter. In the mean time, I start studying a great on-line user guide (as recommended above). I continue studying this and any other information across the Internet while trying to build up my courage. I must take the plunge the next few days.

MORE VERY SOON!! WATCH THIS SPACE……

I’m still building up the courage to take Salvia, it’s not something that should be taken lightly – I definitely will take it, so please keep checking for updates.

A friend of mine smoked some “Spice Gold” recently and this seemed to assist Astral Projection, it’s a legal alternative to cannabis. Still watch this space as I still intend to test “Salvia” soon.

I still have Salvia waiting for this experiment, if you want to find out if it actually assists Astral Projection, please leave a comment and help me get the courage to use it. I’m a paranormal investigator and I don’t normally scare easily, but this is rather different and controversial.

I haven’t tested the Salvia yet, but I have tried Blowout and Snowblow (weaker) which is a legal alternative to coke. It doesn’t induce Astral Projection, but it’s a crisp clean high without any side effects like coke. Totally legal. I still intend to test Salvia soon.

My friend has now tested Salvia and he occasionally uses it for enhanced spiritual work and for easier Astral Projection (it can work, yes), but it could be dangerous if not used correctly and in a calm relaxed atmosphere, so be warned as you can have “a bad trip” where you could react to it adversely where you could hurt yourself or others. If you did Astral Project for instance using Salvia, you might not be ready for it yet and it could be extremely frightening to say the least, but because of the nature of the drug, it could be difficult to return and stay permanently in the physical body until the drug wears off.

One could start becoming psychologically dependent on Salvia as if used too often, eventually you may find that you need it for Spiritualist work where if you’d instead persevered without using it, you’d eventually be-able to achieve similar without any drug (just a lot of meditation Etc) which would be in my opinion a lot better. Some people will also use Salvia as purely a recreational drug which I don’t recommend as it could have long term adverse psychological effects and you won’t be using it in the correct environment in a responsible manner which increases the risk of problems.

I still say that Salvia has it’s place if used very carefully and responsibly, but use entirely at your own risk and take every precaution if you must use it. I recommend you ensure you have preferably a few level headed friends there if you do choose to experiment and only take a small dose to start off with to see if you can handle it okay. I would also consult a doctor, he/she won’t be impressed, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. If you have a weak heart for instance, using Salvia could be potentially fatal.

Salvia for me was amazing on the first try, of course, with not knowing what to expect. it rocked my world. The only thing I can compare it too would be LSD. like being on LSD for 5-10 minutes. It did have its own twist though, after it hit me, I layed on my bed and I had the intense feeling that I was being watched from the sides, from front and back – incredible. The feeling of being somewhere else.

It made my entire body get a bead of sweat, from head to toe, rapidly – very strange.

I also had the feeling that ..how do I explain it, that I was the 3-ring part of a 3 ring binder, I felt as the rings, and I felt my reality closing up on me from the sides, like a book closing. Like the movie Inception, where the whole city block just started to fold up – sort of like that. The feeling of being squeezed.

If you have ever done mushrooms, or LSD, or even if you have been a faithful stoner for years and years…then I recommend this.

My first hit was from a glass pipe, not even a full lung full of smoke, a pile the size of maybe half a penny. I was also stoned when I tried it the first time.

Since the first hit, I havent been able to achieve the novelty of the first time, but so goes it for all drugs. It still is amazing and Im uprading from 20X to 40X from salviadragon.

I cant imagine a bong toke of this on some ice, wow…

Dont be scared of becoming addicted, its tough to really keep doing and doing..

2 grams lasted me months – was a special treat here and there to just …fold up…astrally project, I dont know – it was intense though.

If you are weak minded, or are scared, don’t take this.

Feel free to ask me any more questions about it, it is euphoric.
