I apologise for the speed and reliability of this site recently as thanks to my host, Freehostia, this site has been going up and down regularly.

I have complained to Freehostia and am seriously considering moving hosts to an on going paid service.

Here is a copy of my complaint:

"I have this account (paranormal-marketing.com) and am a joint webmaster for http://www.birminghamiu.com which is also hosted with yourselves (this is a club site). I know your hosting is free, but lately it's been extremely unreliable and our websites have been up and down regularly. One site is SQL driven and has been down even more, once for ages. Even when on-line, I've noticed a slow down in your speed. I suspect your servers are overloaded due to taking on too many new sign ups as this is a common problem with low cost services? Unless the service is reasonably reliable, then it's not worth using it even if it is free as it makes us look bad when our website is down – not yourselves. This is taking away the hard work we have done to produce these sites and has caused us to loose search engine rankings.
You keep closing these tickets saying it's fixed, then it's down yet again shortly later. It's up at the time of writing, but for how long this time?
I now ask you again what's happening and can you assure me that the service going to improve very soon as entirely because of poor reliability, I'm now seriously considering hosting elsewhere to an ongoing paid service."
