Do matrix marketing systems really pay?

16 April, 2009 (04:14) | Uncategorized | By: admin

Pyramid schemes are now illegal in most countries and the majority of people now realise that they only redistribute income from the majority of members on the lower levels to the minority of members near the top of the pyramid scheme.

Instead of pyramid schemes we have seem to have an influx of matrix schemes instead. There are various, all pretending to be different and revolutionary to the rest. Most advertise lots of sustained income for doing very little or nothing from an initial investment. They usually advertise themselves to be genuine business or home business opportunities. Often they advertised that even newbies can use this amazing system who have never made it before (at least 95% of Internet marketers haven’t made it yet). Regenesis 2×2 is a perfect example, but please read the rest of this article before spending any of your hard earned money on this or any other matrix systems. You visit this website to see luxury yachts, sports cars, sun sea and sand along with wads of notes. All this for only a small initial payout which is normally paid back within just 2 weeks leading to masses of income. They even call this a home based business. Surely this can’t all be true, can it?

Well unless there is a genuine product or service that people really want (not an excuse for a product either), it’s simply a revenue redistribution system and the people who set-up the company itself are the only definite winners. You normally end up paying into the pot, then have to advertise the system itself to make any real money. Unfortunately with all systems like this, it’s impossible for everyone to get people to join up underneath them as the system will dry up and most people will be left without making anything ultimately. It doesn’t matter how the system is disguised with matrix’s Etc, it’s still only a redistribution of revenue and most people will lose to a minority of people who make money from the many. Matrix systems only confuse the issue and that’s what they are designed to do as if people truly understood the system properly, they would know it’s not worth wasting time and money on. If you are one of the lucky few who do make money on these schemes, it’s at the expense of lots of people losing out, which isn’t fair or right either.

Please don’t fall for these pyramid schemes in disguise as you will probably only help pay towards someone else’s pocket higher up. If it sounds too good to be true, it normally is. The only sure way of really making money is to have a genuine business plan and to really work at it. You will need to offer a genuine product or service, even if it means offering advertising from masses hits to a popular website you’ve created. Because they usually promise the Earth to everyone joining, I see these schemes as a scam. Most schemes present you with an initial website promising you the Earth, usually only asking you for your name and Email at first, once they have this, they at least have you as a lead, lots of leads alone makes them money as they sell your details on.

Incidentally you may wonder why many Internet marketing member schemes offer free membership as well as paid membership? Well in the USA there’s apparently a law that says that free membership must be offered for certain member schemes, although I’m unsure where the law stands with matrix schemes as most only have paid membership. That is why usually free schemes rarely pay anything unless you at least get paid referrals and the majority of work is put into getting people to pay for membership.

So in summary, do matrix marketing schemes really pay? Well the answer is NO to the vast majority and YES to the small few.
