Infinity Downline System Members Won’t Be Retiring Early!

2 May, 2010 (04:13) | Uncategorized | By: admin

The Infinity Downline System (by Peter Wolfing) is creating quite a debate across the Internet as to where it’s a scam or a genuine work from home opportunity. The system is already saturating traffic exchanges and other free advertising across the Internet with promises to retire early within just 10 weeks. Their official website claims that you can realistically be earning $6000 a month within 12 months and states clearly that $25 really can dramatically change your life. They even clearly state “even Internet dummies can create sick amounts of money by turning $25 into a Mega Fortune” with what they advertise as “a turn key fool proof system that can make you rich”. In fact they make the system sound absolutely fantastic and truly incredible to the absolute extreme.

IS THE INFINITY DOWNLINE SYSTEM REALLY AS GOOD AS THEY CLAIM?

Well in short DEFINITELY NOT, and this is why:

There is one very important point to me made from The Infinity Downline System and other similar systems:

The ONLY money going into the system is from membership fees!

In other words. the entire pool of income is made up from people paying to join the system itself which in this case costs $25 a time!

This income pool is then shared amongst it’s members non equally. The members who sell the system itself well will get larger shares of the income pool, while the majority of people without any referrals at all will get nothing. The highest member is the webmaster who always makes by far the largest cut from the income pool. It is therefore an income redistribution system and not a genuine money making or work from home opportunity.

Look at it another way, if everyone puts just $25 into the system and this is the system’s entire revenue, how can every member be possibly taking out many times this? The Infinity Downline System sounds too good to be true and in this situation it most certainly is!

The Infinity Download System is in my opinion just another example of a pyramid like system in disguise like literally 1000’s of other get rich schemes that simply don’t deliver what they claim. Well in fact the membership system looks more like a massive family tree structure (an inverted tree structure of referrals instead of brothers and daughters).

With ALL income redistribution systems like this, around 89% of members will always be making a loss at any given time until the system is finally saturated when most people will be left at the bottom of the tree without any referrals at all and will lose. This is always true no matter how well members are trained to sell as all members are put in direct competition with each other, so the better other members sell the system, the harder it is to get referrals yourself. Even if you happen to know people who you know you can introduce, you might then make something out of the system yourself, but the people you introduce will have a much harder time trying not to lose all their money. No matter what anyone does, the vast majority of people will always be at the bottom of the tree with no referrals and will lose their money to the few. Many systems like The Infinity Downline System tries to confuse people using various different methods and often complex rules to redistribute the income pool, but don’t be fooled or confused, take a step back and look at the big picture and see that it’s just an income redistribution system that passes income from the many to a few where the highest member will be the webmaster themselves.

Don’t be fooled to think that the webmaster makes nothing out of such a system, like I’ve seen some people mention around the Internet while defending this system. Even if 100% of the income pool from paid memberships is given back to the members, it’s extremely easy for the webmaster to simply be the first person who joins the system before launch at the very top of the tree, hence they refer everyone and make by far the biggest cut of the money, plus he could even kick off the system with multiple memberships at the top that will make him even more money. As people start joining during the initial launch when the system is much more prosperous, there’s also nothing stopping the webmaster from taking various memberships high up on the tree too as the webmaster has the massive advantage of seeing the entire tree and the exact amount of sales. I’m definitely NOT accusing this webmaster of the following as there’s no evidence, but it would be quite easy for any especially greedy webmaster of such pyramid like schemes to take even more money out of the system dishonestly without other members knowing as there’s various ways the system could be doctored.

The only sure winner of such income redistribution systems is the person at the very top of the system, E.g. the webmaster, while the vast majority of people lose out no matter what happens. This is why pyramid schemes are illegal in most civilised countries around the World today, but as I’ve already mentioned in my article titled Get Rich Quick – Don’t Be Scammed!, many get around the law by offering a worthless excuse for a product like an Ebook or something else of little or no value that can usually be downloaded easily as it costs them nothing to give it away to as many members as they wish automatically. In the case of The Infinity Downline, the so called product is downloadable training videos and audio books, but I doubt if anyone would genuinely pay for these if they were sold for $25 separately without the get rich quick scheme included. I’ve tried selling similar myself in the past and it’s certainly extremely difficult to sell downloadable training media products like this even for $1, let alone $25. Please remember that you can watch literally 1000s of hours of training videos and audio books for free simply by visiting YouTube. Also, how can you seriously trust a training program from a person who sells a pyramid like system such as this one? In fact you usually find that any training material supplied is mainly geared towards helping people further sell the system itself which indirectly puts even more money into the pocket of the webmaster.

I’ve noticed that members cannot join The Infinity Downline System without having a referrer ID, but it’s extremely easy to find one by simply searching for the system through Google or any other major search engine where you’ll find a flood of existing members all desperately trying to sell the system along with their affiliate links, remember that these are just a few of the members you’ll have to compete against to sell the system yourself if you choose to join the system yourself – I really don’t recommend it. Making new members have a referrer makes the system look more exclusive which will make more potential members want to join. This also proves that the top member is the in fact the webmaster himself as when the system was launched, the first new members would also need a referrer ID to join which would be the referrer ID of the webmaster, but as I mentioned earlier, I suspect he’d have various membership IDs to help kick the system off and to make him the maximum amount of money. The webmaster might even help kick off the system by advertising elsewhere, perhaps even pretending to be a member who’s already made money from the system with one of his referral IDs. Alternatively during the first so many weeks after launch, people might not need a referal ID, then the referral ID would simply default to the webmaster making him just as much money.

I most definitely DON’T recommend The Infinity Downline system, but please take a look at how they sell it at:

http://www.infinitydownline.com and http://www.infinitydownline.com/comp.php

Learn to spot these systems if you haven’t already done so. DON’T waste your $25 for this system or on any of the 1000s of systems just like it or very similar. Please also remember that the system sells itself as most members are all desperately to sell the system itself to try to be in the small minority that actually make a profit at the expense of the many, so you’ll find very biased reviews from members all over the place along with their affiliate link. Even if you did work harder than most and manage to be in the minority that make money, you’ll have sold numerous people a system that won’t work for them with blatant lies that it will, DON’T DO IT AS IT ISN’T RIGHT OR FAIR! These minority of profit making members are effectively taking money directly out of the pockets of other people who will lose their money, yet these members often wrongfully continue to believe that anyone can make money using the system and they might even falsely review the system as being excellent while believing this to be true. This isn’t the case as the the majority of members will always be at the bottom and will lose their money no matter what they do.

Once you become a member, most people will find it much harder to sell the system than they think as every other member will be competing with you trying to sell exactly the same system and it’s becomes saturated extremely quickly around the Internet. I notice they have a powerful sales page that’s obviously given to members to help promote the system which talks about very early retirement, but it can be seen across numerous traffic exchanges already, most people will already have seen this advertisement many times over and will flick past it without bothering to even read it again. They state that if you introduce just 1 person you break even, well yes this is probably the case, but most people won’t even manage to refer a single person as there will always be the majority of people at the bottom of the tree at any given time, until eventually the system is so saturated that virtually everyone in the world who will buy into the system already has. Before this system becomes completely saturated and his income starts grinding to a halt, it’s very likely that he will have already set-up at least one more very similar system under a different name to continue his large income. In fact often one webmaster will run numerous very similar schemes under different names at any given time, so giving them a constantly large income from most people’s unfortunate loss.

Like thousands of dodgy money making pyramid like schemes, The Infinity Downline system heads it web page with images a extreme wealth, in this case an expensive sports car and a smart gentlemen living it up on the beach with money around him, all thanks to this system – LOL! WELL IT REALLY IS LAUGHABLE, WELL IT WOULD BE IF SO MANY PEOPLE DIDN’T STILL FALL FOR IT – DON’T BE ONE OF THEM!

Because so many people still fall for these fake get rich schemes that don’t deliver, there’s literally 1000s of them saturating the Internet today with new ones appearing almost every day as they still make the webmaster big money and this is sadly one of the best dishonest ways of making money on-line where at the moment there’s hardly any chance of being prosecuted for doing it. Unfortunately most of the members who have been scammed are too embarrassed to talk about it and they usually won’t share their bad experiences with others, but this even further biases the coverage of the dodgy system across the Internet.

To help spot this and many other dodgy so call money making opportunities on the Internet today including work from home opportunities and get rich schemes, please see my article titled, Get Rich Quick – Don’t Be Scammed!.

Stop Pyramid Schemes in Disguise With an Urgent Change in the Law:

Pyramid scheme laws should be tightened up around the world to help stop organisations working around the law by disguising similar system that always leave the vast majority of it’s members out of pocket and/or by offering a worthless downloadable excuse for a product. If the only money going into a so called home income opportunity is the fee for membership itself, the system should be banned. This would stop all similar systems from being legal like matrix systems or other systems that often use complex formulae and/or rules to confuse potential members into thinking it’s a genuine work from home opportunity or similar.

Any product that’s allegedly sold along with any so called money making opportunity should be proven to be worth the money it’s sold for so these schemes don’t use worthless downloadable products as an excuse to disguise a pyramid scheme or similar. To prove the product is worth the money asked, it should have been sold previously for the amount asked successfully without any income opportunity included. This would stop organisations selling worthless Ebooks as the product or perhaps even training videos that can often be found freely on YouTube or at least the same information can be freely found elsewhere.

The law certainly needs improving as there’s now thousands of similar systems spread everywhere across the Internet and they’re now the main thing found advertised on traffic exchanges and other free advertising websites. In fact most so called money making opportunities are funded entirely from membership fees, leaving the majority of members always doomed to fail no matter what, making them very similar to pyramid schemes even though they’re often very cleverly disguised.

Infinity 100 System – NOT Recommended Either:

The owner of The Infinity Downline is Peter Wolfing who released this system in March 2010. He’s already launched various extremely similar programmes in the past including Infinity 100 which is virtually identical except it costs $100 to join instead of $25, so the stakes are different. The Infinity 100 system also has a poor excuse for a product to work around the law banning pyramid schemes which in this case is an Ebook about making money in stocks (they call it a course), this information can be easily be found elsewhere on the Internet and is in my opinion worthless, let alone worth $100. If you don’t believe me, please visit one of the many sites with free ebooks like http://ebookdirectory.com and search for the word “stocks” or just search Google for a “free stocks course” or just generally search the Internet as there’s vast amounts of information freely available.

The Infinity Downline System is targeting people who didn’t want to risk spending $100, but will risk $25 instead, but the principle is exactly the same and the majority of members will always be at the bottom of the tree at any given time until the system is finally saturated when the majority of members lose their money. The Infinity Downline system will probably attract a similar revenue despite being much cheaper as more people will risk their hard earned money to join as the stakes are much lower.

The much older Infinity 100 system is likely to have already become saturated, already leaving the vast majority of members out of pocket at the bottom of the tree, with barely anyone left who might want to still join.

Join A Saturated Pyramid Like Scheme and You Will Have Even Less Chance Of Making Money:

With pyramid like schemes like The Infinity Downline and Infinity 100 system, to increase your chance of being in the small minority who make money out of the pockets of the many, you need to join the system as early as possible from launch so their’s still plenty of unfortunate members who might join beneath you and there’s less other members to compete against who will often quickly saturate free advertising media like traffic exchanges Etc. Even though the Infinity 100 system is now old and saturated at the time of writing, it’s still being sold as the best money making opportunity since sliced bread even now, sadly any unfortunate new members have now got hardly any hope of making money from the system and a higher proportion than ever will lose their $100 membership fee.

The Power of 4 System – Why 4 Referrals Won’t Make You A Fortune:

This is an official independent seller of The Infinity Downline System and The Infinity 100 System, although I suspect they don’t sell the Infinity 100 system any more as the system is already saturated while most people have lost their $100 membership. They promise exactly the same massive income even though the real results are exactly the same where most members will end up at the bottom of the tree losing everything no matter what happens. They go one stage further by providing various additional promotional tools for their members and they have an alternative front end, but they also charge $67 to join when I suspect this only gives you membership to the $25 system which arguable makes this system even worse value, while putting $42 profit into their own pocket for each member. When you join, your referrer will be the webmaster of The Power of 4 and you can be sure that this webmaster is one of the very few members of The Infinity Downline System who have made plenty of money out of the vast majority of members who will lose everything at the bottom of the tree. By helping their direct referrals to sell the system better than others to more unfortunate individuals will only further increase the money they will earn.

It’s called The Power of 4 as you’re supposed to just introduce 4 members to make a fortune, but this is based on every single member you refer also referring 4 members each, and then them all referring 4 member each and so on, 8 levels down the tree. Since only an extremely small percentage of people who are advertised to will actually pay to join the system and also that most members won’t get a single referral by the pure nature of a pyramid like system, this simply won’t happen in a Billion years and much longer. Remember that most people will find it difficult to get a single referral as the vast majority of members are always left at the bottom of the tree with nothing, but even if you did beat the odds by managing to get 4 referrals, it’s very unlikely you will get a single level 2 referral and getting referrals on level 3 will be much harder still. Getting referrals down to level 4 will be virtually unheard of, but actually getting a single referral down to level 8 will be close to impossible, but they predict you’ll have thousands of members referred on level 8 from introducing just 4 people to the system! Apparently you can earn $12,750 in just 8 weeks from referring your minimum 4 members and you could earn as much as $51,000 a month as they clearly advertise as certainly obtainable on their tour page which uses in my opinion extremely hard sell techniques. I’m sorry, but earning this kind of money from just 4 referrals is total utter rubbish and it simply will never ever happen in the same way as 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 won’t be the lottery numbers 10 times in succession, although one could still officially state that this is in fact possible and using the same principle is how webmasters get away with advertising the possibility of making this much money by introducing just 4 members.

I will repeat a definite and important fact about these systems one more time, most people will lose their membership fee and will make absolutely nothing back as they’ll be left the bottom of the tree when the system becomes saturated, this will happen no matter what happens as the membership system is always an inverted tree structure with the majority of members at the bottom.

How To Sell A Dodgy Pyramid Like Scheme By Calling It A Scam:

In the past people would look at a so called on-line money making opportunity and to find out if it was a scam, they would search for the name of the opportunity along with the word “scam”, E.g. They’d search for “The Infinity Downline Scam”. Unfortunately the people promoting these system’s have often realised that this kind of search brings in a lot of hits and these members are now titling articles that are actually trying to sell the scheme with the word “scam” in their title and search keywords. In fact some people have gone ever further by putting the word “scam” in their advertising website URL, E.g. http://infinitydownlinescam.com actually promotes The Infinity Downline by telling people that it’s actually not a scam after all, obviously the article is extremely biased along with their affiliate link to the system itself and fails to tell people the genuine aspects of the system and why the vast majority of people joining will always lose their $25 membership fee for nothing. The author talks about how he/she made masses of money from this so called opportunity, well he/she probably did because he/she has promoted the system so well, so much better than most other members that he/she has managed to be in the minority of members near the top of the tree, but he/she will have introduced masses of people to a system where most of them will lose their money instead, after being lied to about the real potential of the system.

Taking over the “scam” search really isn’t good as people searching to find out if a dodgy system is a scam can still come across positive so called reviews making even more people than ever fall for a dodgy system. These extremely biased articles which are aimed to promote the system for the author’s personal gain are making it much harder for people to find genuine unbiased reviews about the system in question that explains to people the real facts, like my article above. Please remember that The Infinity Downline System is as far as I’m concerned nearly as good as a scam as no matter what happens, the vast majority of members will have lost their money without a single referral when the system becomes saturated. By then Peter Wolfing will have most likely brought out yet another similar system under another different name.

100% Payout Scam:

I’ve seen numerous pyramid like schemes that claim to pay 100% of the income back to it’s members. In a way they are doing what they say as all membership earnings does go back to the members themselves, but the top member or members are the webmaster (the owner) who always makes by far the most money. Also around 89% of members are always left at the bottom of the inverted tree structure (or pyramid) without any referrals or money at any given time and when the system becomes finally saturated. It doesn’t mean anything that a system claims to pay out 100%.

A Daily Payout Doesn’t Mean You’ll Earn a Penny More:

I’ve also seen systems that claim to make daily payments, well it initially sounds good to some as people expect to actually earn something every day, but it changes absolutely nothing in pyramid like systems, no-one gets paid any more just because they choose to calculate the earnings every day instead of say every month. If you managed to get 1 referral in a month on a pyramid like system and you earn a fixed amount for this referral, you’ll earn 1 day out of the month whether it’s a daily payout or a monthly payout!

In short, simply don’t join a system where the entire income is being simply redistributed amongst the members by them selling the system itself.

An Alternative To Pyramid Like Schemes:

If you’re unable to sell a product or service of your own and you want to start selling almost immediately, why not join Clickbank. With Clickbank you have the opportunity to become an affiliate to a choice of 100’s of organisations and it costs nothing to join. Some opportunities are better than others with a variety of varying commissions up to a massive 75% and some support their affiliate marketers better than others with various promotion tools Etc. You’ll need to take a long look for a product or service that you’d really like to sell and that you think has a viable chance of making you sales commissions. I advise you pick a product or service that you truly believe is good value for money and preferably one that you feel passionately about it. You will then feel confident that you’re selling people something that will truly be an advantage to them at a reasonable price, rather than an awful pyramid like scheme where most people will lose all their hard earned money with false promises of easily making a fortune. I would still be very careful however when choosing systems where members have to pay to join an apparent money making opportunity as if you’re not careful you could still end up selling a pyramid like scheme even here! Even though you won’t be one of the poor unfortunate members who have paid to join such as pyramid like system where around 89% of members are at the bottom of the pyramid and lose their money, it’s still not ethical to sell such a scheme to others and it’s important to feel good about what you sell.

Unfortunately it’s extremely difficult to become a successful affiliate marketer and most people struggle to get a single sale, especially where you’re one of numerous people all trying to compete to sell the same thing across the Internet (doom and gloomm, LOL!), but there are also a hand full of amazing success stories too, so it’s not impossible to make a genuine income. Most people however give up too soon on what could still be an potential winner, don’t expect sales straight away as you’ll need to do a lot of promoting first, often over a long period. It’s often a good idea to set-up you’re own sales website.

Please click here to visit Clickbank and start selling today!

GOOD LUCK!

Infinity Downline Prospects- Please read All! I am giving you information straight from my personal experience with infinity downline system. It can save you headache, hassle, money, agony and suffering.

ADMIN… Where was this posting at when I was trying to find out if Infinity Downline was a scam a few weeks ago (lol)?! The truth is, it is no laughing matter and I will further help the vulnerable understand. I have to honestly admit that I am one of thousands of people that were duped. Although my figure may not be accurate, I certainly know that I am not the only one who struggled with trying to make a sell thru this cult- I mean “business”. Although I didn’t want to believe it, but the truth of the matter is—I am co-signing on everything you had to say about Infinity Down line. I’m in the middle of a shipment and my renewal subscription was due in just a few days. As of this morning, I have canceled all accounts and emailed my prospects with a warning. I just wished I could have found an article on this program sooner. I spent 3 months being solicited with emails from a guy who has been in the marketing game for 20 years or so. I cannot deny the man his respect or knock his hustle because he knows how to turn a profit, but unfortunately, it is at the vunerables expense. I, like many others believed in the hype of being able to start a home based business for as little as $25, but that is where it ends. Yes, it is easy to get started. For just $25 a month, you can “rent” your own website. But the truth is- this business is nothing more than bullshit covered with falling hundred dollar bills, palm trees at a beach site, a flashy ass car and some dude laying pretty on the sand while he smiles playing on his lap top. I was one of those people who chose not to internet market because it’s hard to realise any profit when it is saturated. Trying to post ads on craigslist was impossible. I went to my local city to check out what the market look like and I kid you not–the most recent thing posted under the “small biz ad” was an infinity downline link. And it didn’t stop there! These infinity ads were posted 3,8,12,15 and 18 links down the page. How are you ever going to make a profit if you have to compete with your affiliates?! And what make it so bad is that these were foreign posters! Meaning that none of them probably had residency in the city or state (I’m going based off the area codes) . I believe that some of the other affiliates were probably using one of those programs where they can cross or multiple post (which is prohibited on Craigslist) If you want to get your ads at the top or in rotation of a search engine, you will probably pay a pretty penny.
I could be wrong, but I believe this one “independent rep” is one of the top players in this game. I mean, when I ran into a problem this one particular time, my sponsor (the independent rep) told me that he needed to contact Peter (the man at the top) for further assistance with the issue. Now, I do not have direct contact with Peter, so it was interesting that he even brought the man’s name up. Also, during the 3 months I was being solicited, my sponsor sent emails about 3 different programs that he was operating and the bottom line was still the same. It has always been about exchanging money from member to member without having to sell a product. He has a cash gifting program, postcard program and now the $25 program. I allowed the email auto responses to continue because they were quite catchy. I was definitely getting more and more involved without initially joining. And once he low balled things with the $25 program—BAM! I was sold. I mean really- starting your own business for just $25 was awesome. I had never heard of anything coming that close.
Ok. I just got warmed up. Let me get down to the big business here. Again, like what was stated earlier, the internet is saturated with these types of programs , so to get your ad to stand out, could prove difficult- this is why I chose to go with the old fashion method of direct mail. You guessed it- POSTCARDS! Well, here is the thing about the postcards. You can go thru the company or an outside source to purchase. Nevertheless, when you go the route of postcards- you are going to have to spend money. I purchased 1,000 postcards and leads for $100. So, in total I had a package of 2,000 items. $100 spent for postcards and leads didn’t sound as bad considering the prices I had seen elsewhere, but here is the problem- you have to now purchase postage. I was mailing 250 postcards per week, so the cost of postage was adding up to an enormous amount. So, now in addition to the $25 membership fee, I just spent a few hundred on mailing. You are told that you will average between 1 to 4 responses per 100 postcards mailed. Well, here is the thing about that- it’s definitly not etched in stone that this will be the case. you “MIGHT” receive a 1 and 4 return response. This is not to be confused with a “sell”. If you thought that spending this kind of money was hard, you wait till you try selling the prospect on buying into this business- it gets A LOT harder. After mailing my 1,000 postcards, I received less than a 1% response. So, what this means is that I received less than 10 responses out of 1,000 postcards mailed. Crazy right? Hell Yea, but it’s reality! And please, please believe that this 1% response does not equate to 10 sells! Take it as a lesson! So, actually, the guy was dead on about the type of response you might receive. But I tried to think “big” as they try to teach you. I still thought that because I was purchasing the best leads in the business in conjunction with the catchy low price to join that I should probably get at least 50 buys or more, but this will probably not ever be the case. I went into this program on the hype and the big “what if” and unfortunately for a lot of us, it just won’t realise a profit. They state that you will break even with your first referral. Well, yeah- I guess, but if you chose to market thru direct mail, that one referral won’t make one bit of difference because you just spent God only knows how much money to get that one sell . After quickly learning that the postcard business can be a difficult one, my one time experience with direct mailing had ended when I didn’t receive a more desirable response. I quickly realized that direct mail was not going to consume any more of my hard earned money. And as stated before, I was not going to fight with the internet to market this business. So, I found it in my best interest to bow out and let others fight amongst the saturated market.
Something that struck me as rather odd regarding the reverse two up. They tell you that you are suppose to pass up your 2nd and 4th referrals to your sponsor as a “training bonus”, but according to my tracking system, I was told that I had to pass up my first two- not my 2nd and 4th. Did anyone else have this issue? You can work day and night trying to push a sell and when you get it- you have to pass it up.
Admin services. Yes, they have 100% free admin services, but the problem with this is- you may not ever receive any help from them when needed! Remember when I mentioned I had a site problem and had to get my sponsor involved? Well, this happened because I had never received a response from admin after 3 or 4 attempts to contact them. However, admin was extremely quick to send me emails about how to get on board for this and that, but never anything to help me when I had a serious problem. It took 10 days for me to get started with my business due to the lack of help that I received from admin. And just to let you know- admin never contacted me about the problems I was having. OH! Let me not forget to mention that if you want to contact admin, you will have to email them. There are no phone numbers for this department and to further insult the system, they clearly state on your request ticket that it could take any where from 24 to 72 hours for a response (yikes!) Now, how is that for unlimited and reliable service? A big f–in joke is what it is.
.
The Postcard biz: Let me tell you how swift my former sponsor is. He has partnered with a post card company to create cheap postcards and reliable leads. This man is making money from many angles. Once he signs you up, he wants you to pass down his postcard biz information to your affiliates, so that they can buy into his business to put more money in his pockets. Like I said before, I can not knock the man’s hustle. He claims to have the best leads in the business. I sigh at the thought of having 10 responses from 1,000 postcards. Leads can be very tricky! These sites claim to purchase the best leads in the business, but you have to truly question if this is the case. If these leads are the best in the business, then with 1,000 or 5,000 postcards mailed, you should be receiving a lot more than just a 1% response rate. So, be very careful when purchasing them. Also, because his postcards are pretty generic, he uses them for all 3 of his businesses, so he has a very sick cash flow coming in. And let me mention a couple of things about some of his leads- they are not at all reliable. Now, I know that there may be an honest Abe out there by the name of “Phil MyPockets”, but damn it- did someone have to go and put the late Tupac Shakur’s name out there????? Reliable my ass!

I will have to be honest in saying this—based on what I’ve learned about this type of internet marketing, I believe that some of these businesses can work, but it will take a lot of dedication and money spent or just pure freakin luck. And personally, I think “luck” has more to do with it than anything. Think about it—you can mail 100 postcards this week and not receive one sell, but could mail 100 the next week and get 10! It may even be possible to mail 100 postcards next week and receive 90 responses, so it depends. Do people get this many sells? Who’s to say…I can only tell you based off my shortlived experience that it’s not as easy as they try to make it seem. You can have the gift to gab for the rest of your life, but that doesn’t guarantee you a sell. And I will have to be honest with you. In order for the business to work for others, they would have to believe in your vision or adopt it themselves. I had the vision, so I was ready for all callers, but the problem I found myself running into is that none of these people really sounded as if they could really pull it off. And after each call, I found myself saying, “ They are not going to make it in this business”. So, what I quickly learned was that the reverse two up and the residual income would probably not come into play quickly or at all. If you insist on believing that this type of business is going to work for you, I would advise you to proceed with caution as if there is yellow tape around a crumbling ground that will fall through if you sneeze loud enough.
How do you drive these types of business out of business? Stop doing business with them. The truth is- if you are not making money, then they can not profit.
I hope that other people will come forward and be honest about the things that has been going on with this marketing company because according to the company’s downline email- there are more than 100,000 of you out there now!

Peace and the best of luck with your homebased business!!!!

If people would keep one thing in mind, everything would work out just fine. Ask yourself this question “Would I buy the product if there was not a so called business opportunity attached?” If your answer is yes, I would buy the product, then you should proceed since you have nothing to lose. If your answer is no, then my suggestion is not to join. It really is that simple. I personally would not buy Infinity Downline’s training for $25.00 per month, so I chose not to join. There are a lot of good programs out there, you just have to be real selective. I personally joined Chris Farrell’s Membership and it is one of the best programs I have ever been involved with. Now I will be marketing it as an affiliate because it has helped me immensely. I will not market any product if I am not sure of its value. I have bought some crappy affiliate e-books in the past and there is no way I would market them. Another thing that just bothers the heck out of me are all of these matrix mlm programs. You always hear “Get in Quick so you can get spillover”. OK, but what happens to people who come into the program 6 months from now????? We all have to learn to read between the lines. There is a handful of programs that I will be promoting, but I will feel damn good about promoting them. I must say both of your posts are excellent. Good Job!

“income pool..” ??? What the heck is this author taking about? Did he even research or even actually investigate this business before he started writing? There is no pool. I actually did the research. Infinity is a direct selling business of educational software/videos. The $25 to be a reseller and subscriber of the educational software goes straight to the reseller. Resellers get 100% commissions for reselling memberships. Like in any business if YOU DO NOT SELL…your not making money. There is no pool of income in direct selling. The concept of the power of 4 is that after you get your first 4 referrals you qualify to duplicate the compensation plan to Infinity…hence, infinity downline…The idea is that your first for each get their own four duplicating this process x4 x4 x4 and so on at $25 each.

For Example:

Week 1
You get your 4, you pass 2 of them upline.
You keep 2. So 2 X $25 = $50

Week 2
Your 2 get their 4.
Of course 2 each are passed up to you for a total of 4.
So 4 X $25 = $100
*Add to that the people from the prior week rolling to this week

Week 3
Your 4 get their 4.
Of course 2 each are passed up to you for a total of 8.
So 8 X $25 = $200
*Add to that the people from the prior week rolling to this week

Week 4
Your 8 get their 4.
Of course 2 each are passed up to you for a total of 16.
So 16 X $25 = $400
*Add to that the people from the prior week rolling to this week

Week 5
Your 16 get their 4.
Of course 2 each are passed up to you for a total of 32.
So 32 X $25 = $800
*Add to that the people from the prior week rolling to this week

Week 6
Your 32 get their 4.
Of course 2 each are passed up to you for a total of 64.
So 64 X $25 = $1600
*Add to that the people from the prior week rolling to this week

Let’s skip to week 10…

Week 10
Your 512 get their 4.
Of course 2 each are passed up to you for a total of 1024.
So 1024 X $25 = $25,600

There is nothing in the presentation that says that this income is automated or that the business is automated.

But that if you are confident, even if you have little internet skills, that you can recruit people then Infinity is a perfect fit.

As far as pyramid schemes go, one must look at the definition before calling something a pyramid scheme or a scam.

Scam:
a fraudulent business scheme ; cozenage; swindle, cheat, rig – the act of swindling by some fraudulent scheme; “that book is a fraud”

Pyramid:
A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, often without any product or service being delivered. A pyramid scheme is also a fraudulent scheme in which people are recruited to make payments to the person who recruited them while expecting to receive payments from the persons they recruit; when the number of new recruits fails to sustain the hierarchical payment structure the scheme collapses with most of the participants losing the money they put in.

With Infinity you pay a membership fee to be able to view and listen to Educational “How to” Videos and Audios. You have unlimited access to a Library of these audio/videos “How to” Topics and Trainings that are well over the value of the membership fee. So with Infinity there is a Product of greater value than the membership cost and new titles are continually added to the Library. On top of receiving a product you also can become a membership reseller at no additional costs…no admin fees…With Infinity what you see is what you get, so there is no fraud and no one is scammed since a member is only a member if they pay and members get paid directly. Just the same as if I want to walk out of the store with my goods I have to pay for them. Now if the store said I had to pay without any goods then I would think they were scamming me. In Infinity one truly has to be super dump not to know that they are paying for a business opportunity with a product when they sign up to pay the $25.

A Pyramid?

With Infinity’s there is no start up cost, no admin fee, no management fees, no business website fees, or any hidden fees. There is No money you have to put in it. Your membership is the cost for your membership to infinity’s educational video/audio library, a product that you instantly receive and use. Unlike mlm’s there is no costly volume requirements. So, you don’t loose any money you put into it.
If you do not think you can be a good reseller of the software. Then don’t buy into it. There are no easy handouts Nor is there any such thing as an automated internet business…If you come across one..Run! Your Infinity Membership is also FREE after your first referral.

1) There is a product you get it instantly and it is valued at more than the membership cost.
2) It’s not automated You have to Sell.
3) The hierarchical payment structure doesn’t collapse because its not a pyramid compensation plan , but direct selling of membership subscriptions. You break even (membership is free) after first referral.
4) You are paid instantly 100% commissions through your own payment processor such as alertpay, paypal, stormpay, egold, google checkout, etc..(all of which are accepted by Infinity).
5) No hoops, hurdles, volume requirements, no admin fee, no business kit fee, no over priced vitamin or juice autoship requirement, and you may cancel at anytime.
6) Infinity has been in business since March 2009 and still going strong. Most scams and schemes fizzle out quickly and don’t last more than a year.
7) You will not find anywhere online from reputable scam report sites from any member in Infinity who didn’t get what they paid for and who didn’t make money because of their sponsor or the company, but because they did not recruit.

So if there is no admin fee how does Infinity profit?

Well the author is right about one thing. First, Peter who developed, founded Infinity is also a part of the downline, at the top. So his member base is very extensive. Second, Peter offers in the member back office proven company owned paid advertising tools and resources , as well as free and low cost ones. There are also company lead marketing systems at a cost.

Let’s face it. If you want to promote your online business, even if your selling monavie juice or gano coffee, you have to promote, and market your business online or be an excellent people person/recruiter. And what a lot of the so called internet guru’s don’t tell you is how much they paid for their advertising to become internet guru’s in the first place.A lot of them used PPC Advertising.

The best and effective advertising cost money! This is what people who start a mlm or business online fail to realize and so the drop out rate is 60-90 days. Fail to plan..then plan to quite!

yes I said “super dump” and instead of “super dumb” in my comment above. Goes to show I am an actual living breathing person, onewhoknows from experience the possibility of human error and what to look out for in a scam! Nope, I’m not an ill advised skeptic or a hater either…just one who knows the truth about Infinity Downline…

Hello, Onewhoknows. It’s a good comment above, I have to disagree, but I do like a good healthy debate and I encourage it.

In my opinion the educational software/videos are an excuse for a ‘product’ as ‘the product’ is given with the main purpose of helping the person sell the system itself. Yes, because there is officially a product, it officially isn’t a pyramid scheme and it’s therefore officially not a scam either, that’s why I say, “pyramid like scheme” since it’s in my opinion a workaround to make the system legitimate. Unfortunately many companies and individuals who once made masses of money out of setting up repeated pyramid scheme scams are doing exactly the same, except they’re giving away a training programme which can consist of videos, software or Ebooks to help people sell the system itself to work around the law where they call this “the product”. Also by helping people sell the system, it ultimately recruits more members and more quickly before the system ultimately becomes saturated where most people who want to join have joined. Exactly like a pyramid scheme however, most people are doomed to lose as the majority of people will always be at the bottom of the pyramid (more like an upside down tree structure) no matter what happens. In fact around 89% of people will always be at the bottom and will be there when the system becomes saturated. Yes, a minority of people can make money from such systems and a small few towards the very top can make a large amount of money at the expense of numerous people who are more likely to lose below them. Obviously the highest member of sometimes members will be the owner / creator of the system itself who will take a large proportion of the money. Yes, I see the entire money going into the system as a pool as although it might be disguised as a system that makes people money from selling a product, it’s really only an income redistribution system as I see the product as virtually worthless since one can find brilliant unbiased training videos, Ebooks Etc freely on-line without paying $25. Okay, I ask a question, if the they simply sold the training programme for $25 without any direct income opportunity, how many people would buy it? I suspect virtually everyone pays the $25 with the expectation to make money from the Infinity Downline System itself, but as I’ve already said, around 89% of people will be bitterly disappointed.

Incidentally, I notice you have placed an affiliate link to the Infinity System at the bottom of your post. Don’t worry, I don’t mind, but it shows that you have a financial interest in promoting the Infinity Downline System yourself. Obviously it makes good business sense not to criticise the system your selling and this why in my opinion there’s so many good reviews of this system, all with their own affiliate links attached.

Not entirely so. I only promote what I have extensively researched, tested, tried and is making me the money as the Program describes.
There are some programs that I have tried that aren’t worth promoting.

So yes, I do give honest reviews. Why because I want people to fully make up their own minds about what is completely involved instead of following an opinion based on half or non factual information and information that is generalized…not based on the intricacies of the program in question itself…

Bottom line in any program or business…if you don’t think you can sell it’s product or not able to refer 1 person to your program, then you have no business being a network marketer. Get a job. Sorry to be so blunt, but its the truth. Network marketing is not for the faint at heart, or the desperate. Real businesses take a lot of work. Infinity is no different it takes work and dedication. I am not going to lie and say a bunch of hype like other recruiters . Or give unverified hyped generalized opinions. Infinity is an education software company that offers you the opportunity to make money online fast or at your own pace….If you don’t think its for you don’t join. I am not going to hard sell anyone. I don’t have to and I don’t want you on my team if I have to waste all my energy convincing you out of your skepticism. I am a doer and I want doers too. I demand of myself and I want partners not employees.

Infinity 100 is a program for heavy hitters who are seasoned network marketers who know fully how to get members easily to buy into the business. I like Infinity 100 , but I also like helping those under me achieve absolute income, but don’t have the know how or means to start a business for a $100. That’s just my personal preference. Once my downline members become seasoned net-workers then yes, by all means if they want to enroll in Infinity 100 more power to them.

Baby steps …learning curve…walking on their own…off running their own teams!

And No, Infinity downine does not make its money only from the $25 membership. This is what members earn directly. Infinity downline makes its money from back end advertising and marketing tool offers in the back office. These marketing and advertising tools are optional. This is how Infinity makes money and puts some of that money back into the system. That’s how members are able to keep 100% Commissions. And the advertising/marketing tools are effective quality services and there are a few that work slowly, No advertising can guarantee results. The back end paid advertising helps keep this business going and growing. Over saturation….oh please…that’s like saying the world wide web will be so over saturated by users and no longer be available to the ever growing population of people getting online looking for a home based business. Infinity is worldwide…if it were only available to small town usa then I can see why the unadvised author would be using fear tactics to make that claim.

Also “income pool is then shared amongst it’s members” statement goes to show the author has no idea how the program works.

Not even I would say “Infinity is an income pool that is shared”. Its direct selling. No share pooling involved. Again I myself don’t believe in programs nor promote one’s that are profit sharing. the author would have done a better job creating article if they actually accurately did their home work.

Don’t get me wrong…the author’s opinion is welcomed, but its better to show thyself proved…instead of generalized, misconceived, opinionated air…

Hello again “Onewhoknows”, thanks for your replies, it’s certainly an excellent way to promote and sell a system to look for blogs and review sites where one can reply freely promoting such sites, don’t worry, as I said before, I enjoy a healthy debate and I don’t mind affiliate links as long as their not scams. No, I wouldn’t describe the Infinity Downline as a scam, but it’s certainly not a great way for most people to earn money either as it’s mathematically impossible for the majority of people to ever make money due to the way the system works no matter how well they sell it.

Yes, I believe the Infinity Downline System is a great way for yourself to make money since you’re clearly much better and more determined at marketing than the vast majority of it’s members, but you’ll be making money at the expense of others who will lose out and the vast majority will lose their $25. The majority of people failing is a mathematical fact of this system no matter what happens! I could draw and include a diagram detailing this absolute fact if you’d like?

I say again. The only money going into the Infinity Downline System is from $25 membership payments and the only money going back into members pockets is from the same $25 payments. So if a few people gain with clever marketing like yourself, it’s at the direct expense of other members who will lose since there’s no real income from such a system. It literally puts members against members who are all desperately trying to sell exactly the same thing which is of course the system itself. It’s therefore an income redistribution system, NOT a genuine income system. Having so many people trying to sell the same system makes selling it yourself very hard indeed and only unique methods usually work, it also helps to join such a system in it’s infancy as it’s less saturated at the time. If one joined the system and advertised using some of the obvious channels, E.g. traffic exchanges and safelists, you’d soon find that selling is almost impossible since they’ll soon be saturated by other members also trying the same thing to sell the system and people will soon be sick and tired of seeing the same advertising. So like yourself cleverer members find more unique ways of selling, but not everyone can find a new and unique method of selling and even if they did, everyone would become equal wouldn’t be enough to make any money. What-ever happens, you must be amongst the top members to really earn from any income redistribution system like The Infinity Downline System which is always at the expense of other members.

You say that the entire $25 goes back to the members themselves and the owners make their entire money from advertising Etc, well this is doubtful as I’d surely expect them to have a free membership at the very top of tree which nets by far the most income, but even if this wasn’t the case, it’s still mathematically impossible for most people to make an income and the few that do make money do so at the expense of the many. Also it’s possible that when a member leaves the system or is inactive for sometime, the owner could easily take over their account and any earnings if any.

Yes they get around not having a product by apparently offering a training system for the $25, this is brilliant, but it’s also now very common as it also directly increases the speed that people are recruited to the system while also offering a way around the pyramid scheme laws of having no product. The training system mainly helps people promote the system itself. Unfortunately such training or often better is usually available freely on-line for anyone who wishes for search for it and I’d be surprised if it was really worth anything like $25 on it’s own since most members will most certainly lose their $25. On-line training videos and Ebooks are conveniently given away without any extra cost to the owners, it’s not like actually receiving a physical book that has a real cost value per item, one can give away 100, 1,000 or 1,000,000 Ebooks and on-line videos and it won’t cost any more. In fact it’s hard to sell an Ebook on Ebay for as little as 60p or $1 as people clearly consider them to be worthless!

If everyone marketed the system as well as yourself, you wouldn’t be making money from the system as it’s a member against member battle to get a larger share of the $25s going into the system, that’s how it really works and most people are ultimately doomed to fail where a minority of people will gain at the expense of the many when the system finally becomes saturated. I say a last time, I’m sorry, but this is a mathematical fact.

Here is a review / opinion of ListQuik as linked to above by “OneWhoKnows”

NOT AS GOOD AS IT FIRST APPEARS:

My first impression is that ListQuik is at first similar to a safelist where one gets to email 10 times as many members as a paid pro member (1000 members), except there’s also a forced matrix system which in my opinion is another income redistribution scheme similar to a pyramid scheme. It might use a confusing matrix instead of a pyramid, but the final results are similar and it’s a mathematical fact that the majority of members will lose money to a minority, off course the owner makes the most money. Like The Infinity Downline System, the top marketers with unique ways of selling will make money at the expense of the vast majority of members. There will be plenty of biased good reviews of such a system with affiliate links attached as members are all desperate to sell the system, but are in competition with numerous members trying to do so.

I suppose you at least get a safelist for your money with ListQuik, but this is in my opinion a poor excuse for a product as there’s plenty of free safelists out there where you can email 1000 members plus without resorting to paid membership.

The free membership give one a very poor restricted safelist and apparently you can make a tiny commission from selling the system, but there’s much better genuine products to sell for free as an affiliate, take a look at clickbank for instance. Obviously like most safelists, members aren’t usually interested in the Emails you send which are amongst hundreds and thousands they’re bombarded with and they’re therefore poor leads. Most people even use a dummy email for safelist emails or a secondary email account, even when they click on a credits link, they rarely read the actual email.

Please click here for a good unbiased 3rd party review / opinion of ListQuik

Hi Peter,

Nice review here to balance much of what else is out there, and I wish you had better SEO on this so it appeared higher up in Google. (Found this site on a different term, and then came to this page.)

Personally, I stopped using ClickBank because with me being in Australia it is such a hassle to wait for the money and with bank fees and $US conversion costs it was all a bit much. Luckily there are a few more decent alternatives these days.

And finally, did you know that your ListQuik “unbiased 3rd party review” person has added a footnote to say they have now joined up?

Online is such a changing world. All the best with it!
