ScreenSwarm uses virtually the same system as Free Traffic Bar, except instead of viewing Ads using an Ad bar on your Internet browser, you view Ads using a ’screen saver’ provided. As with Free Traffic Bar you view Ads in exchange for other people viewing your Ads.

As a free member you only get a 4:1 ratio, meaning you have to view 4 Ads to get just 1 of your Ads shown, but with 171,000 (1×100,000 and 7×10,000 plus a 1,000 sign up bonus) free Ad views that would normally cost a total of $155.90 (Corrected) if brought individually, it’s certainly well worth your while signing up. Okay, in my opinion I think the cost of buying Ad views is rather expensive, especially if only buying 10,000 at a time, but who cares if your not paying a penny? If you want to, you can use the free credits without even bothering to install the ’screen saver’, then when the credits have gone, you can simply close your account owing absolutely nothing.

Here’s your FREE CREDITS (Tested on the 20/07/2009 – Some might expire over time so be quick):

You might decide to continue using the system afterwards as you’re earning credits while your away from your computer anyway, even if it is only a 4:1 Ad ratio as a free member. I installed and tested their screen saver Ad system and I can’t say I like having to have a process named SCREENSWARMBRIDGE.EXE loading permanently when my PC is on, I suppose it only uses 2MB of memory, but I don’t see how this is necessary? I don’t think it’s spyware, but at the time of writing I can’t be 100% sure. I doubt if your Ads will be very effective as most of the time no-one will even be around to see them while shown on a ’screen saver’, but I suppose you’re still likely to get a few genuine views per thousand Ads on average.

BE CAREFUL USING A CRT MONITOR:

What I will say is I wouldn’t use the screen swarm system is you are using a CRT monitor as their so called ’screen saver’ doesn’t truly act as a screen saver at all. If the same image is left on a CRT monitor for weeks, eventually it will be permanently burnt in the monitor and you will see a permanent shadow, this is why screen savers where originally introduced, okay more modern CRT monitors don’t burn as easily, but they will still burn eventually if the same image is left on-screen long enough. The ScreenSwarm ad ’screen saver’ leaves a status bar at the top of the screen permanently and also scroll bars which eventually could burn into a CRT screen after continued use. You can work around this problem by setting up power-saving or by remembering to turn you monitor off when before leaving it for long periods. LCD / TFT monitors don’t suffer from burning problems and screen savers have since become more of a gimmick than a true screen saver.

DON’T USE IF YOU HAVE A LIMITED INTERNET USAGE ALLOWANCE:

Using the screen swarm ’screen saver’ uses bandwidth as it emulates surfing. Okay it’s not that heavy on bandwidth, but I wouldn’t use it unless you have an ‘unlimited’ amount of bandwidth / usage allowance, but remember most Internet Service Providers have a Fair Usage Policy even when they say they are ‘unlimited’, so keep an eye on your usage. At the time of writing, Sky is the only truly unlimited mainstream ISP in the UK. Mobile dongles in the UK usually have quite low usage allowances at the time of writing, so I most definitely wouldn’t install the ScreenSwarm ’screen saver’ in this case.

IS PAID MEMBERSHIP WORTH WHILE?

Paid membership improves your referral commissions from 10% as a free member plus it gives you extra Ad views and increases your Ad ratio, but in my opinion paid membership is rather expensive for what they offer, especially lifetime platinum membership at a whopping $247, but this does give you a 1:1 Ad ratio, 50% commissions and screen views per month for life. You have to really use to system a lot to make paid membership worth while.

SUMMARY:

Screenswarm is a good idea and it works fairly well although it’s disappointing that you only get a 4:1 Ad ratio as a free member while membership and paid Ads are in my opinion rather expensive. The Ad ’screen saver’ works okay as long as you are careful with a CRT monitor and don’t have a limited Internet bandwidth. Most Ads will be wasted while no-one is near the PC, but it’s worth signing up even if it’s just to get loads of free Ad views as a small proportion of Ads are still bound to get seen. All these free hits can help with your search engine optimisation if nothing else.

(Yes I am using an affiliate link for what little it’s worth, I only get 10% commissions of any paid sales which are unlikely and you can see by my review that it’s not biased in any way!)

<blink>PLEASE CLICK HERE TO JOIN!</blink>

I don't know how long this advertising package will be available, but I strongly recommend it as it's the best value I've ever come across over the Internet to date. At first I thought it was some kind of scam as it sounded too good to be true, but I decided to risk $4.99 anyway to find out either way. I was amazed to find that with "Advertise 2 Millions" you really do get everything as advertised.

For just $4.99 (About £2.60) at the time of writing, you get top PAID lifetime membership To 11 Safelists & 101 Submitters, 1 Solo Ad & 5,000 Banner Impressions. You can also advertise to 400,000 Hourly in 1 click using Ad Blast Pro. You even get $3 per referral and such a good package isn't hard to sell.

I started getting referrals from my Ads the very 1st day I promoted my affiliate link. It's so cheap, I couldn't get my head around it. If you have anything you promote what-so-ever, you can't lose.

I won't say too much more as it's all described on the site itself, please click on the banner below for more details (Advertise To Millions Daily). If signing up, please read my advice about Email Accounts towards the bottom of the page.

CLICK BELOW FOR FULL DETAILS:

Email Accounts For Safelists & Adblasters – My Advice

When signing up to safelists and/or ad blasters, ensure you use a different Email account for junk emails, as you will get a lot, that's the main disadvantage of using such systems. Many safelists allow 2 different Email addresses, one primary and one for members Ads.

Some Email providers don't support high volumes of bulk Emails, so they may be banned from a safelist or can cause intermittent bounces (they fail to send) which can lead to your account being disabled. The following are Email services that are NOT recommended: AOL / Aim, bluebottle, charter.net, email.com, excite.com, lycos.com, mail.com, mailstates.com, MSN / Hotmail, post.com, runbox, Yahoo! and zwallet, but there are many more. For free services, I recommend you use Google Mail or Fast Mail, but there are many other free email services which work fine too. If you want an Email provider that's specially designed for high volume traffic from Safelists Etc, then use Yuhnow Mail, it's an excellent premium service but unfortunately it isn't free.

Good luck!

An excellent totally free safelist that at the time of writing has around 16,000 members and a good traffic rating on Alexa. It’s FREE for everyone, there isn’t any pro membership options, so your not constantly reminded what your missing out on as a paid member, this makes a refreshing change.

You can email 1,400 random members once a day using the regular mailer (no credits) and twice a day using the credit mailer. You get 2,000 free sign up credits and another 200 free credits monthly. You earn a decent 40 credits per credit email read from other members. Each banner impression costs a reasonable 2 credits. You can send messages in HTML format as well as text, other safelist providers only allow paid members to do this. If you want even more credits, they are very reasonably priced. (All correct at the time of writing on th 27th February 2008)

In summary, Adsolutionline is in a different league to Ukdir Safelist and many other safelist providers. It’s an effective totally free advertising solution that’s ideal for newbies.

Introduction

If you haven’t heard of a Safe list Email system, it’s a service which allows you to join and send out Emails Ads to members, in exchange for you reading other members Ads. All members are strictly opt in, so you won’t receive any complaints about spamming.

The problem is most safelist members want to make their own money on-line. They tolerate other members promotional Emails just so they can stay a member and earn credits to send out their own emails. Unfortunately, if most people feel this way, often your Emails won’t really be read anyway as most members will skip through it just to take any available credits and close it. These emails usually stand out a mile from others thanks to the sender information and many people use a special Email address especially for junk emails too.

Saying all this, you do normally get some success from this system if you are very clever at wording your ads and you’re selling quality products or services that haven’t been sold too many times before by other members. Ideally, you need to think of something unique to sell that will interest other members, but I know this isn’t always possible.

The Title Is Most Important

When sending out promotional Emails, the title is the most important part, ensure you make you’re main point using the smallest number of characters as some email systems truncate the title if it’s too long, for example, Aim Mail truncates titles over 45 characters. Try to make it stand out as much as possible, perhaps using asterisks either side if allowed. It needs to strike a perfect balance between being catchy while still getting the point across. It’s worth spending at least half your time just working out a good title for your emails, otherwise the rest won’t be read anyway.

Writing The Body Text

When writing the body of your Emails, try to get the main point across in the first sentence. Even if your title is good enough for someone to actually read your body text, they are still only likely to initially read your first sentence or perhaps just skim through it. If this doesn’t instantly interest the reader, he/she will probably just collect their credits and delete it straight away. Spend more time on the 1st sentence, try to layout the text in an easy to read manor and keep it as short as possible while still getting everything across.

Ukdir Safelist

I’m currently trying out Ukdir Safelist. This system can be used worldwide, but judging by the name you’d expect this to attract a higher proportion of members from the United Kingdom, this however if contradicted by the use of dollars ($ – USA) instead of pounds (£ – United Kingdom).

With this system you normally get 500 free credits when joining as a free member. It’s interesting that at the time of writing I recently signed up and got given silver membership for free which is normally $2.39 a month, instead of the standard bronze membership. With silver membership, I got 2,000 free sign up credits and there are various other advantages, see below. I don’t know how long this promotion will last or whether I will stay as a silver member without paying.

Each email can reach a maximum of 200 random members using Bronze membership, but it increases to up to 500 random members with Silver. There are various other even higher membership options available too. Note at the time of writing, they only had just over 200 members, so paid members aren’t yet able to use their membership to full advantage.

With this system there are 2 types of Emails you can send:

1. Send out Free text Emails that don’t use any credits. With this, you can place your links in the text, but the reader doesn’t earn any credits for clicking any. As a bronze member, you can use this service every 12 hours, as a silver member, every 6 hours.

Send out Free text Emails that use credits, 1 credit per person sent. The difference is you get a special link where the reader earns credits to visit, spending at least 10 seconds on your web site or affiliate link. As a free members, you can use this service twice a day, as a silver member, 3 times a day.

Only gold and platinum members can send out HTML messages, other members are restricted to text only, but any URLs are automatically converted to links.

You can also optionally use credits on banner impressions which are rotated on their site. As a bronze member, it costs 4 credits per impression, but only 3 credits for silver members.

You can earn credits by reading other members emails, and there’s lots of them, so I wouldn’t use your regular email address. They say that as a bronze member you get between 10 and 50 credits randomly for each email link you visit and between 10 and 100 credits for silver members. They say it’s random, but I’m yet to visit a link that earns more than 10 credits at the time of writing, so this at very best is rare.

If you really don’t want to spend time earning credits, you can buy them at various rates, for example, $2.39 for 1,000 or $4.47 for 3,000 at the time of writing. You can also optionally purchase various other advertising campaigns including solo emails to members contact email addresses, not the one used for receiving standard email ads. They haven’t currently got enough members to warrant expensive charges for any of this, but I would expect this to change if the site became more popular in the future.

As with most schemes, you can earn additional credits by referring, rates vary depending on membership. If a referring member purchases a paid membership, you can also earn cash commissions.

In summary, the best part of this system is that it can be totally free and you can continue to send standard emails without any credits. The biggest disadvantage is they have only just over 200 members at the time of writing, which isn’t really enough and you will always be sending the same people.

I have discovered a very generous new totally free system called free-leads.net which at first seemed too good to be true, but I’ve just signed up and received my first weeks leads within 10 minutes.

When you sign up to this new system you have to give them 3 email addresses of friends or colleges, allowing them to send out just 1 email promoting a free ebook to each. This is the only catch I have come across (very minor), then you simply become a member FREE. You then get details, including Email addresses of 5,000 people a month, in weekly instalments. There are 5 levels of membership starting at Bronze and you can increase membership levels by refering new members. The higher the membership, the more free leads every month. The membership levels are as follows.

Bronze (5,000 leads, initial membership)

Silver (10,000 leads, refer 5 people)

Gold (20,000 leads, refer 15 people)

Platinum (40,000 leads, refer 30 people)

Diamond (80,000 leads, refer 50 people or pay a one off charge of $99).

If you refer someone who buys Diamond membership, you also get a £15 commission.

All downloadable email addresses have apparently opted in for email contact and it’s therefore legal to send bulk emails to your list using an auto responder or similar. Remember, each email sent needs to have unsubscribe instructions at the bottom or you are breaking anti spamming laws. You also get addresses and often phone numbers, unfortunately for some, all the addresses I have received so far have been from the United States.

This is an great free way of promoting either your affiliate links, your website or in fact anything else, as you are effectively able to send out thousands of totally free adverts legally every single month.

The only thing I’m worried about is where they get these apparent opt in details from and why it’s free? We are taking their word for it that the Emails are opt in, if they’re not, the person sending out the bulk emails is breaking anti spamming laws. Also, are they making money by selling your email to hundreds of people (they say not)? If so you can always use an email address that you don’t use much. Anyway, I’m giving it a try and will send out marketing Emails. If I get too many complaints about spam, I will obviously have to stop and rethink. I’ll see how much junk email I get since signing up too. I will update with a comment as to how I get on.

If you would like to sign up, please click the banner below. Good Luck!

There are lots of good free Traffic Exchanges out there, they all allow you to surf other peoples sites, in exchange for other people surfing yours.

Traffic Mate 2 appears at first to be a reasonable traffic exchange with a very healthly sign up bonus of 20,000 free credits. The surf ratio is fairly avarage at 1 site viewed per 0.6 credits for free members, although Peak Hour Traffic now offers a better 1:1 surf ratio and a similar sign up bonus.

I signed up to Traffic Mate 2 and I added my sites to promote. After a few days I returned and noticed that 2 sites hadn’t been approved. These sites had been approved fine on other traffic exchange systems, so I couldn’t understand why there was a problem. I then noticed the system said I’d got 2 warnings and if I get 3, my account will be closed down. Firstly I thought this extremely unfair and unfriendly. Instead of providing any sort of customer service, they are giving people warnings for making very easy honest mistakes while simply learning how to use a new system. Then I explored the site and found that certain premium features including cash withdraw were disabled entirely because of my warnings. Many people wouldn’t find this out for months. I wandered how long this would be the case and discovered that the warnings are permanent. Then I found the biggest con of all, they actually charge customers $5 each to get a warning removed, which is absolutely scandalous. I would understand if they gave out warnings for serious offences, for instance linking to an adult site or trying to abuse the system.

There will be people honestly using this system, earning referals, selling / buying credits and possibly making enough cash to withdraw after lots of work. Then they will find they are are forced to pay this scandalous charge, just to remove their warnings and withdraw what they have rightfully earned. Some people will earn commissions and credits, then suddenly find their account closed down, all cash and credits will be lost. No other traffic exchange works anything like this. With another traffic exchange, I made an honest mistake while adding a site and got a friendly and helpful message explaining how to rectify the problem. This is what you’d normally expect from any reasonably company, a user friendly customer service that is there to help you, not punish you for making mistakes. I certainly don’t know any other system that has penalties like this. What’s worse is they are rejecting sites that are perfectly okay on other traffic exchanges creating the warnings in the first place. I had 2 warnings. The 1st warning said that my site had a pop up when closing the site, which it certainly didn’t. The 2nd warning just told me to read the terms and conditions, which no-body normally reads. Well I only need 1 more warning for my account to be terminated, so I certainly can’t risk using their system beyond the free sign up credits as they could delete all my hard earned work. I can’t even use all the features, and I’m certainly not paying them $10 to remove my 2 warnings – this is bordering on a scam.

Luckily I spotted this awful flaw in their system before wasting too much time and/or money on it, to have it all thrown away unfairly. Other people may not be so lucky – so be warned.

Traffic Mate 2 has a friendly smiley face icon on the title bar, but I think it really must be the most unfriendly traffic exchange on the Internet. Unless they change soon, they are likely to upset lots of customers and probably won’t survive too long. I have sent them an Email, advising them how I feel. I’ll leave a comment if/when I get a reply.

If you do sign up, I recommend you try to use the 20,000 free credits, then disappear – this is what they will get and is what they deserve until they remove this extremely unfair system. The problem is, if everyone does this, no-one will be viewing your ads anyway, making the whole thing pointless. I will comment shortly detailing how well my sites were viewed using my sign up free credits, assuming my account doesn’t get terminated beforehand.

Good Luck!

Original Article:

Free traffic bar is similar to a traffic exchange except you advertise and view other members ads via a traffic bar which can be downloaded for both Internet Explorer and Firefox. You earn credits automatically as you surf, which in exchange displays your ads in exactly the same way to other members. The bar is small and not intrusive.

To get 10,000 free credits, sign up free, go into “Advertise”, “My Ads” and click on “Buy More Credits”. Go to “10,000 toolbar ad credits” at $12.99 and type in coupon code 10K69409HT and press return. You will NOT be charged and will be credited with your free credits instantly without going to Paypal. Coupon Codes 10KCYNYJ, 10K58992CB, 10K637753F and 10K58723AS also work the same. You can only claim your bonus once, I tried a different code to attempt to reclaim my credits more than once, at first it worked, but my credits disappeared shortly afterwards, hence they have put a system in place to prevent this.

PLEASE READ COMMENTS BELOW FOR LATEST COUPON CODES!

I recommend you also checkout the “Bonus” section for some great totally free Ebooks in the “Freebies Library” and lots of other ways to obtain credits by completing offers in “Member Bonuses” (You can only claim some of the coupon combinations only once – experiment with them all).

Be as quick as you can, these codes aren’t common knowledge, they worked on the 16th February 2008 but could be changed in the future. Enjoy.

Further to my previous post, Gauranteed Traffic To Your Web Site Totally Free!, here’s some more popular totally free traffic exchange sites:

EasyHit4U is a very popular traffic exchange because it has you gain 1 hit for every site your view as a free member, 1:1, instead of having to view 2 per hit on most other sites.

Webbidz is another site which gives away 5000 free credits, but you have to install a naff toolbar, which I dislike, hence I don’t use it.

StartXchange is a very popular site, but you need to view 3 ads to get 1 hit as a free member, 3:1, unlike most where you only need only to view 2. Also there’s no free credits.

AdlandPro is an excellent totally free advertisement site with a good traffic exchange too with 500 totally free credits.

TrafficZap Exchange is another very popular site, but doesn’t give away any free credits.

Traffic9 gives you 100 free hits for signing up, but only after you view at least 25 member sites in one session. You can earn extra credits playing games as well as viewing other members sites with the standard 2:1 ratio.

3i Traffic Exchange is yet another good and popular site with a fair amount of free credits that can be used in different ways. Unfortunately to get the full allocation of free credits you have to view at least 500 member sites in one session. This to me seems excessive as this would literally take hours.

TrafficG is a fairly standard, but popular site even though it doesn’t have any promotions at the time of writing. It has a standard 1:2 ratio for surfing / credits. You traffic is however well targeted.

TrafficSwarm is my new favourite. You only get 100 free credits, but it’s one of the most popular sites with very generous ways to earn credits. Sign up for free and you will see why this is one of the very best traffic exchanges available.

There are in fact many more.

To seach google for traffic exchanges, click here.

To search google for traffic exchanges that give away free credits, click here.

All you need to do is sign up to the site below, add your web site(s) (URLs), surf at least 50 members sites (takes about 40 mins) then allocate your 10,000 (Now 20,000) free credits. Yes, I did say 10,000 free credits and each credit is a certain hit to your web site. You can have up to 5 sites, but you have to split your credits across the sites according to your requirements. You can even target your traffic by putting your site(s) into categories.

After allocating credits, you can either just wait for people to visit your website(s) or you can earn yourself even more credits by visiting other peoples sites. This how you are guaranteed to get visits to your site, as people view your website in exactly the same way. What makes this site particularly good is it has a 1:1 surf to credit ratio, so every site you surf someone else surfs one of your sites, where most schemes expect you to surf 2 sites per credit, 2:1.

You can also earn extra credits by referring new members to this excellent free service. If you really want to, you can buy credits, but this certainly isn’t necessary. You can even sell existing credits for cash.

This system is called a traffic exchange and Peak Hour Traffic is one of the best schemes available as it has such a high sign up bonus.

You can surf manually or automatically. In manual mode, you have to match and type a randomly generated set of letters to continue on to the next site and earn each credit. In auto mode, as the name suggests, sites change and display automatically. Manual surfing earns manual credit and auto surfing earn auto credits, but you can convert one to another with a heavy service charge. Auto credits allow your site to be visited quickly and more often, but it’s possible to minimise the browser while surfing. Manual credits force the user to view your site, but your site isn’t usually visited as often.

In summary, joining Peak Hour Traffic is highly recommended, there’s everything to gain and nothing to lose.
