People with dire credit can get a basic cash account instead with the Halifax (easycash account) which comes with a Visa Electron card that's accepted at most places these days, plus there's no fees unless you bounce direct debits Etc.

Simularly one couldn't predict a perfectly formed dice roll, even if the number 6 was drawn 10 times, there would still be an equal 1 in 6 chance of drawing another 6.
